1. The Challenge
SPEAK Your Style — 10-Day Camera Confidence & Visibility Challenge runs live from July 22nd–31st. Two tiers are available: Standard (£97) and VIP (£147, includes a live 1-hour Q&A with Maryum Sharif).
2. Payment & No Refunds
This is a live, fixed-date event delivered on a specific schedule. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend live sessions, once your purchase is complete. This reflects the fixed-date, leisure-event nature of the Challenge under UK consumer regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 3).
3. Access
On successful payment, you will receive access to our private Skool community, where all challenge content and live sessions are delivered.
4. Changes & Cancellation by Us
Style Moguls Ltd reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions if necessary (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances). In the unlikely event the entire Challenge is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future round.
5. Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully within the Skool community. We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in abusive or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
6. Liability
The Challenge is provided for educational and personal development purposes. Style Moguls Ltd is not liable for any business outcomes or results achieved (or not achieved) as a result of participation.

What we collect
When you purchase or sign up, we collect your name and email address via Stripe (payment processing) and Skool (community access).
How we use it
To process your payment, give you access to the Challenge community, and send you relevant updates about the Challenge.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payment processing, Skool for community hosting, Gamma for this website, and ManyChat for Instagram messaging automation. Each has their own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Challenge and for reasonable record-keeping (e.g. tax/accounting purposes).
